Returns

At Scarlet Threads Nineteen:30, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.

Please look over your items as soon as you receive your order.

Procedures for Returns:

• Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a digital gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
• All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
• Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Anything purchased at a clearance or discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
• Returned items must be un-washed and unworn with all tags and labels intact.
• Include your original packing slip. (Please circle the item(s) on your packing slip that you wish to return.)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our location.
