Shipping policy
Your order will ship via UPS or USPS. Please allow 48 hours for us to process your order for shipping. Orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Please allow extended processing time for holidays and pre-order items.
Addresses that are listed as P.O. boxes will ship via USPS.
Scarlet Threads does not offer international shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order.
Scarlet Threads is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
